Refund Policy

At Moonlight Social, I strive to provide thoughtful, high-quality marketing and design services for every client. Because each project is custom and tailored to your specific business goals, all services are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
That said, transparency and client satisfaction are at the heart of how I work — and I’ll always do my best to ensure you’re happy with the results.
Custom Service Projects
Due to the nature of marketing and design work, refunds cannot be issued for services already delivered or in progress. This includes, but is not limited to:

Social media management or content creation is already scheduled or posted

Branding or design projects where drafts, concepts, or deliverables have been shared

Strategy sessions, consulting calls, or written materials already provided
If you decide to cancel a project before work begins, any retainer or deposit may be refundable at Moonlight Social’s discretion, minus processing fees if applicable.
Prepaid Packages & Retainers
If you’ve purchased a monthly package or retainer, you may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.
No further charges will occur once cancellation is confirmed, but refunds for the current month cannot be issued after work has started.
Add-On or A La Carte Services
Add-on services such as print design, copywriting, or blog posts are billed per project and are non-refundable once concepts or drafts have been delivered.
If you are unhappy with your project outcome, please contact me — I’ll gladly offer revisions or adjustments within the project scope to make it right.
Digital Products
Digital downloads, templates, or guides are non-refundable due to their immediate access nature.
If a file or download is damaged or inaccessible, please contact me for a replacement at no charge.
How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
